Everything was perfect: the location was ideal, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the room and bathroom were spotless—so good that I booked again and plan to stay here whenever I'm in Hà Nội.

Breakfast was really nice, the staff were great, and the location is loved; it’s tucked down a little lane just off the main road, all within walking distance of the area.

The location is ideal for the old quarter and quick access to the highway; the premises are clean, the environment is calm, the breakfast is very good, and it sits at the end of a very quiet and secure alley.

The location is good, and the breakfast bed was decent, but the raised tub hurt my bad back, there was rarely a desk attendant at the front desk, and I had to walk across the alley.
