“Very happy stay”

We booked four rooms for our group of eight adults. Each room was spacious, had A/C, comfortable beds, was well furnished, and very clean. The rooms opened onto a large dining area that’s nicely furnished and offers a beautiful view of a paddy field. The room rates were very reasonable for the facilities provided. I couldn’t find any faults with the property and would happily return if we visit Polonnaruwa again.

The owner is friendly, the amenities are good, the room is large, everything is clean, and I recommend it.

“Good Hotel - Value for money.”

Good hotel, not too far from Polonnaruwa town, and it’s situated just past the town so it’s not noisy. The owners’ family lives on the ground floor, but that didn’t disturb us. It offers basic amenities like hot water and TV channels, and it’s budget‑friendly enough to recommend. It would be better if the upper floors had a separate entrance and if tea and coffee makers were available.

Helpful and engaged hosts, air conditioning in the room, and a tasty Lankan breakfast.
