The staff were very helpful when they changed rooms to make it more suitable for an elderly relative.

The managers are incredibly friendly and helpful. The King‑size bed is one of the most comfortable I've encountered on my travels, and the room is very quiet. It has become my go‑to stop on the way to Melbourne.
