The room had old TVs and air conditioning units that were unused. They had to move me to a smaller room than the one I had booked. The room was not clean; there were used shampoo and soap packets left by the previous guest that hadn’t been cleaned.

I was very well received; the Qallwa team is awesome. I recommend this hotel. It’s well located and has a nice rooftop pool. We were so comfortable that we extended our stay by 4 days.

We really appreciated the staff’s availability and attentiveness for everything we needed; one day I had to leave early for an appointment and they kept my breakfast until I returned. Very helpful. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and met all our expectations.
