“Look for other hotels that value your money !!!”
Honestly, the only positives were the location and breakfast; everything else felt like a poor value for the money. We arrived late for a 3‑night stay at €1535 per night, got a room on the second floor, and heard constant noise from the restaurant below and the nearby elevator all night. In the morning we called, a staff member checked in the evening, replaced the room, and claimed they couldn't hear the noises, even though they hadn't been in the room at night. We moved to the 4th floor, found the sauna’s AC was on heat and needed a staff member to close the hot‑water valves, the bathroom smelled awful, the exhaust fan didn't work, and the sink was blocked with water draining slowly. We couldn't stay the third night and decided to leave at 23:00 for another hotel and pay more, so it wasn’t just a money issue. I’d advise anyone against booking there for €1535 per night—no value for the money! It’s a 5‑star hotel but feels like a 3‑star in maintenance.
