The welcome, the structure, and the location were all good.

The food was great.

The room is spacious, the downstairs restaurant is clean, and the overall tidiness is good, but the bed feels uncomfortable because it moves entirely when anyone shifts; breakfast should be paid for because the free policy leads to chaotic, wasteful behavior—people line up like beggars and there's a lot of trash, so you need to stay calm to eat quietly amid children screaming and impatient guests.

The staff are helpful and efficient, and the breakfast buffet selection is good, but there was a lack of a towel in the room.
