Nice staff, very helpful. The room was very old‑fashioned. The bathroom was very worn.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice, the monkeys in the trees added charm, and it’s near Nairobi Park. However, the street right in front of the hotel was very loud, dogs barked at night, making it hard to sleep, and it was far from the city center.

The room was good, the pool was good, the location near the park was very good, and the food was super. We only had one towel in the room and asked for a second, which arrived just before midnight, and the staff woke us up because of the towel.
