“Beautiful place in a wonderful part of Cusco”

The room was huge, and the bathroom was cozy and original. The staff were very helpful. We had a small issue with one staff member who forgot to return our passport, and we only noticed it on the way to the airport, but the others were very responsive, helpful, and kind.

The area was beautiful and interesting. The room was very clean and the breakfast was not bad. It wasn’t as good as other cheaper hotels in Cusco. The bed was very comfortable. The Wi‑Fi in the room was almost unusable; the property’s Wi‑Fi only worked in the hallway or at reception, which isn’t helpful for someone who needs to stay connected for work while traveling.

“Wonderful accommodations and top-notch staff in a bohemian neighborhood a short walk from the main plaza.”

The staff were wonderful—very gracious and accommodating. We asked if we could use their fridge for a few drinks, and a dorm‑sized one appeared in our room in about two minutes! We really appreciated that. They also packed us breakfasts‑to‑go for two consecutive days. They’re just amazingly generous people. The only downside was that the room seemed to get a little damp; not a huge deal, but we noticed it.

“Maravilhosa”

The breakfast view is stunning, the room is super cozy and spotless, and every staff member is polite and attentive. If you’re heading out early and can’t grab coffee, they’ll even give you a snack to take. I loved everything, though the street to the hotel is a staircase; still, it’s worth it.
