The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The room was spacious enough for our whole group and offered plenty of privacy; it was conveniently located near the Hatchobori and Kayabacho metro stations, making city travel easy, and it was spotless. There were no real closets for our clothes, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and being outside the main attraction zones kept the place very quiet.
