Samba Bossa Nova Cabo Frio

“Decepcionante. Não voltarei.”

Breakfast could be better. The juices aren’t natural fruit; they’re sweetened sodas, and when they ran out they weren’t restocked. The hotel does not provide parking as advertised; the information is unclear (private parking with no reservation option). It should state that our parking is outsourced and we don’t have slots for all guests. Reception service is very poor; when I arrived I still had to wait for their system update, even though I had a confirmed spot via email. To top it off, they told me there was no space for my vehicle and couldn’t point me to a 24‑hour parking spot.

The pool and facilities were great.

The hotel was very good and well‑located, and the reception staff were very polite (well done) Paulo Cesar.

“Decepcionado”

The hotel has good potential and is well‑located. I spent almost R$ 1000,00 for two nights. My room wasn’t cleaned, the room AC wasn’t working, and it wasn’t tidied up. The breakfast was very simple, with only a juice option that didn’t look natural. I’m not usually picky, but given the amount I paid and the tourist spot, I expected a lot more, so I’m not criticizing the hotel’s structure, even the AC issue can happen. The service was horrible and needs a lot of improvement. Another issue was the long wait to receive the invoice, even after many requests. I suggest the manager/owner stay at another chain to better understand services.

The location was good. The cleanliness, breakfast, and bed comfort were lacking.
