“We have definitely stayed at hotels that were better and less expensive!!”

The location made it easy to reach the attractions in Mt. Airy, but the room felt like a relic: the thermostat stuck at sixty degrees, and even after cranking up the heat it never hit seventy. There was no way to charge phones without a regular outlet, the bathroom plaster was peeling with marks, the vending machine had no water, and the couch cushions didn’t match the rest of the sofa.

The beds were comfy, check‑in was very welcoming, breakfast was good, and everything was spotless—great place to stay! Only downside: they have just one smoking area, right outside the hotel.

The lobby had a pleasant scent and the hotel was close to the activities we visited, but parking was scarce, the dining area was tiny, and my room wasn’t cleaned at all during my stay—just clean towels were provided.
