“Excelente”

Everything was very good overall, especially the receptionist Isabel who was super attentive to everything and very kind. Even though Booking didn’t confirm my reservation with the hotel, they were able to give me another room and the stay was very comfortable.

“Choose somewhere else to stay”

It was less than a 10‑minute walk to the beach. The front desk lady was very rude to our family. We were not allowed to bring family or friends to the hotel. We were accused multiple times of throwing parties and sneaking people into the hotel. It is not a family‑friendly hotel. We will not be back!

“I absolutely would not stay here again. The pool was nice but not worth the constant beratement we got by the front desk”

The property was nice. The staff was incredibly rude.

The facilities are well maintained. Close to the beach, the clothes II, walking, less than 10 minutes. Close to the center, by car. In front there is an Oxxo and several restaurants. There is a large pool and also a splash area. Water containers, cold and hot. The maids and Mr. Juan, thank you. Two mattresses, in different rooms one hard and the other very soft. It was not comfortable to sleep. Ants in the pool area. The receptionist or administrator of the place, a very controlling and gossiping person, Mrs. Isabel, does not treat children well. On several days and with out‑of‑place comments, she prevented us from enjoying our vacation by creating unfounded disputes.

The hotel was excellent. The room was very large. It was very quiet. The pool and patio area were beautiful. It was my favorite hotel of this trip in Mexico. Everything was excellent.
