I was impressed by Karen's excellent service, but the lock system was a bit tricky to use.

“Hôtel très passable pour une nuit max”

The roof‑top was pleasant and close to the airport, yet the hotel was poorly insulated and noisy from the air‑conditioning and street traffic; the toilet didn’t work, and the shower and sink had very little water pressure.

I liked how centrally located it was in Puerto Morelos, and honestly everything turned out great.

“You cant beat the price, nice little hotel for 1 night stay.”

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, but the windows need double glazing because you can hear everything outside—earplugs are a must.
