The location was quite good, but at reception no one spoke English, the bathroom in the room had many deposits, and the spa looked very dark.

“Hotel à fuire absolument”

The place is absolutely a disaster—dirty, poorly maintained, and with shady business practices. The rooms were filthy, the floor was unclean, the paint on the woodwork was peeling, and the furniture was cracked. The glass door lock was impossible to operate, and the sheets were too short and made of rough canvas. The staff were unhelpful, and they tried to bill me for services I never ordered.

“A great place to stay at Pamukkale and walking distance for food and shopping”

It's in the city centre, next to a supermarket and parking is very convenient at the entrance, but the hotel pool is under renovation.
