The room and staff were good. The check‑in process and the way the Wi‑Fi password was handled were not ideal.

The location is good. The bed is poor, the pillows are bad, the bathroom drainage smells and the sink drains poorly, making the place feel unhygienic.

I found the hotel exceptionally clean and well‑built, a rarity among Bangalore hotels. The staff were very friendly and even accepted packages without me having to ask.
