“Estancia perfecta”
Everything was great—room was wonderful, breakfast was the best part of the stay in China, and the location was very good. Nothing negative.

I absolutely loved the bed and the room service! The pool required a mandatory headset, and there were too many kids around.

The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and great views; breakfast was sensational and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff speak very little English, making communication very hard, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable.
The location was perfect, the staff were clean and personable and went out of their way to help with the language barrier.
The building is nice and located in a great area; I was upgraded to a higher‑floor room with lounge access, which was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff were very sweet and well‑educated. The staff were polite but fell short of a 5‑star standard; they didn’t speak English at all, making checkout and payments difficult. They couldn’t understand the card I wanted to use, so I had to use the one with the deposit. The usual JW Marriott extra mile was missing: the bellboy at the entrance waited for us to pick up or drop off our bags from the taxi, then only offered suggestions on how to fit them better in the car.
