The shower was full of rust and mold.

The staff were super friendly and the vibe felt family‑oriented, but the bathroom ceiling had mold, the floor next to the balcony was lifting, the balcony itself was dirty, a constant sewage smell lingered all night, and the air conditioner was so loud that I couldn’t use it or sleep.

The toilet was quite spacious and the beds were comfortable, but it was odd that check‑in happened at the restaurant across the street, which is under Tomás Guest House I; it would have been clearer to label it Tomás Guest House II since there are two.

The location was good, yet the toilet overflowed water and the noise was annoying at night.

Breakfast was paid separately and didn’t justify the price; it wasn’t about quantity but rather variety and quality—only bread, cheese, and ham were offered, and the machine coffee tasted like barley; when I asked if a decent coffee could be served, the answer was yes but only at the restaurant and at an extra cost. If you’re staying there, look for a pastry shop for breakfast instead—it’s cheaper and has more options. I went to Pastelaria Dias in the industrial area and recommend it.
