We have stayed in Zagreb many times. The Vienna Hotel liked us very much. We always look for a hotel with a balcony, but this time everything was perfect. Nice hotel, everything clean, staff friendly. It was a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back.

The location was good and the lady at the front desk was friendly, but the hotel felt a bit old and rooms next to mine were noisy.
