They pulled the plug on my reservation the very day it was supposed to start, leaving me scrambling for a place at the last minute thanks to the “ultimo” service. No positives to speak of.

I only spent about half an hour there and it was a nightmare: the place smelled bad, the fridge was full of half‑eaten food, and the front‑door window was broken so you could slip your arm through to unlock it. The pictures online didn’t match the room at all, and the contact showed up 90 minutes late, so I asked for a full refund.

Nothing- I stayed there 30 minutes. It was dirty , smelly- the fridge had half eaten food in it. Broken window in front door so you could put your arm through and unlock door. The photos weren’t of the same rooms. This would not pass a council inspection for rental a d I intend to notify the council with photos I took. I stayed at the house 1 hour only until the contact there turned up 90 minutes late and requested a full refund
