아침식사는 대만족 입니다. 식당까지 가는 길도 멀지 않고 산책하듯이 갈 수 있어서 좋았음. 실내에 옷을 건조할 수 있는 공간이 있었으면 좀 더 좋았을 듯 합니다

The staff were friendly and the location was unbeatable, the spa was incredibly relaxing. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain; it wasn’t broken, just unclear how to flush it.

“Perfect location. It was the perfect place to relax after a long trip.”

Vivian, the ambassador, was flawless—professional, always on hand, and delivered excellent service; she deserves a promotion. The pizza was good, but the service was chaotic: wait times were excessive and the staff were completely disorganized, unaware of what was available, clearly a management problem with the director failing to lead.

من اجمل المنتجعات في وسط فيتنام الافطار والمطاعم من أفضل ما يكون الخدمة اروع ما يكون شاطئ جميل جدا الموقع ليس قريب جدا ولكن مع تطبيق grab كل شي بمتناول اليد اشكركم جدا. لا شيئ

Good access to the beach, very private. The staff kind of ruined the experience. Not that they are rude, but 1. because the resort hired many people who do not know English, communicating was very difficult and frustrating. 2. Some of them act like they do not want to be there or help you, so it felt very uncomfortable to ask for assistance sometimes. Please have a more thorough hiring process for the staff
