Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chambersburg, PA

“Lots of other hotels in that area”

The hotel was old and smelled like cigarettes. The rooms were hot, the food was terrible, and the oatmeal was watery; nothing was stocked.

The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the parking lot was tidy too. Management actually walked around the property, which is rare for motels. During my recent visit in Carlisle, I found trash and broken items like a disabled picnic table and a light post that needed fixing or moving. A manager should be checking the area or inspecting what you expect!

I liked the indoor pool. However, the pool area felt a bit too hot, and the hot tub was broken.

“Extremely Disappointed”

The staff I met were friendly, and the room was clean when I checked in. The indoor pool was over 100 degrees, like a sauna, so my family couldn't use it, which was a major reason we chose this place. My autistic son couldn't bathe because the stopper was broken, and he doesn't shower. The maid never came during our stay, so no trash removal, no fresh bedding, nothing. My family will never stay here again, and I think I deserve a refund.

Check‑in was easy. The room was filthy: the coffee maker was moldy, and there was only one coffee cup. I wanted to make coffee but it was mold in the tub area. I have pictures if you want. The waffle batter dispenser was broken.
