“Horrible. Disgusting. Will never book again. Stay far away.”
There was nothing positive about this trip. We booked because we were a large family and couldn’t find any other available options for our dates, but I would never stay here again. I paid $1024 for a total waste of money. The only redeeming point was that the manager and the housekeeping lady were nice. Our room was filthy—stains on the chair, carpet, drapes, sheets, and mattress. We didn’t sleep at all the first night because it was hot and humid; when I called the front desk, a guy answered, said all AC units were turned off, and hung up without offering a solution or fans. We only received two small fans on day two that barely cooled the room, so my kids slept naked the whole time. I would give zero if I could, but the staff were kind and the housekeeping lady was a gem.
