It didn’t meet expectations, was far from the city, and during our stay a hack on the hotel system caused chaos. There were few facilities, no nearby restaurants, and we never learned that breakfast was offered.

The only bright spot was the quiet location, but everything else was a disaster. The owner’s behavior was highly inappropriate and unprofessional, ruining the entire stay. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the sleep quality was terrible. The bathroom was in a completely unsatisfactory condition; the shower cubicle was visibly dirty and the bathroom fixtures did not meet normal standards of cleanliness or comfort. The overall hygiene impression was so negative that I believe the accommodation should be inspected by the relevant health authorities. At €150 per night I expected a much higher level of service, cleanliness, and equipment, and the price-to-quality ratio was utterly inadequate. I cannot recommend this place at all.

The staff were friendly and the street was quiet, and it was only 15‑20 minutes on foot to the city centre. However, there was absolutely too little space in the room for five people.

The location was close to the centre. The equipment was outdated, the TV didn’t work, the Wi‑Fi was non‑functional, the toilet was noisy, and it was strange that I had to use their slippers. The amount charged for the stay was different from what was listed on Booking; Booking showed the price in €, but the lady charged me in CZK at some exchange rate, and then I noticed a higher price at the bank than I had ordered.
