The facilities, staff, and food were all excellent.

The staff were friendly, but the spa water was very cold; when we mentioned it they said that was the maximum temperature. The dinner was bland, just the basics, and for a 4‑star place it doesn’t justify the price. It was also infested with bugs, especially in the bread and fruit.

The room, the facilities, and the food were very good. The worst part was the timing: the dinner service ended at 21:00, when everything was already collected, which is a bit tight for locals; the heated pool closed early at 18:00.

Rooms were cleaned daily, there were several pools, a large buffet selection, and each day featured a different theme (Local, Asian, Mexican, …). The only downside is that it’s not directly on the sea.
