“Bad customer service & communication”
I never stayed. I messaged the hotel multiple times before arrival and they never replied. Awful customer service/communication, so I never turned up.

Parking was great.

The room was clean, the hair dryer was handy, and getting around was convenient. The air conditioning didn't cool the room enough and the bed left my back sore.

The location was excellent, comfortable, and made it easy to grab food or head to key stations like the city center or the main square. The conference hall was huge and spacious. At night there was occasional outside noise, but overall it was fine.

This is my second stay; the rooms are spacious and clean, the lighting is good (not that cold white light), the bathroom is spotless…the area is quiet. Within walking distance there’s a massage place, a lakeside restaurant, and a couple more spots.
