We strongly do not recommend this property. At night, an unknown person entered our occupied room without our consent, which was extremely stressful and frightening. We received no notice that anyone would have access to our room, nor did we give permission. The room had a door from the bathroom directly onto the corridor, and that’s how the person entered. We were shocked that such an entrance existed and that someone could intrude into our private room in the middle of the night. After that incident we didn’t feel safe and left the property, even though the stay had already been paid for. We reported the issue and asked for an explanation. We believe that a situation where a stranger can enter an occupied room at night is very serious and should be thoroughly clarified by the establishment.
