“Overall, the experience was very good.”

The room came with four single beds, so my friends and I didn’t have to squeeze into one. The downside was that the second floor of Room 7 felt hot and stuffy because the air‑conditioning seemed to be blowing mainly downstairs.

The air‑conditioner kept the room cold. The facilities were lacking: the iron didn’t work and there was no hot water when using it, the television was broken and had no signal, and the toilet pressure was very low.

The admin team was extremely helpful and cooperative, offering prompt responses and making check‑in smooth with no long waits at reception. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well‑maintained, and all the necessary amenities were provided, which made the stay enjoyable. The only issue was that the staircase inside the room is steep, which could be a problem for families with young children and requires extra caution when using the stairs.

“Malacca is where the heart is for an unforgettable stay.”

The place was super clean, super easy to locate, and super convenient—especially if you’re driving, since it’s a bit far from the touristy spots. The only drawback is that there aren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but if you have a car you can drive to the beach where there’s a lot of street food that I’m pretty sure is halal.
