The location and staff were good, but the wheelchair access was lacking for people with disabilities.

The setting was beautiful and the location ideal, and the wheelchair access was fine, yet the entrance required climbing stairs.

I was blown away by the customer service; the reception manager Shah Murad was exceptional, always looking after us and helping whenever needed. The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean, and the location was really pretty and amazing. The food was great, and my room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, with plenty of towels, 2 robes, slippers, toiletries, and a bathtub. Everything was great—thanks!

The dinner food wasn’t tasty, and the charges were high.
