The cleaning was decent, but the receptionist was always on her personal phone, making us feel ignored, and the furniture was very old.

It was close to the city centre. The room was an interior one with almost no natural light because it was a ground‑floor unit of an inner courtyard. The bed was 135 cm, which for the times we’re in should be at least 150 cm with a single pillow, when the proper thing would be individual pillows. There was no shower tray, it was a slippery bathtub. There was an unpleasant smell inside the hotel, like plumbing.

The proximity to the city centre and the station was great, but the rooms were very old, nothing like the photos, the corridors were dark, and overall the price was high for such poor conditions.
