“Cozy, charming & authentic Georgian home”

The most special place to stay in Zugdidi. I didn’t want to leave! I would go out of my way just to stay here again. The breakfast was so delicious and the garden is beautiful. Rusu is such a lovely and kind host, I really appreciated all her help and advice. She can also connect you with a driver to Mestia!. Everything was perfect

The hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive. Before check‑in I had lost my bank card and thought it was in the hotel; the hosts offered help, which I didn’t need, but it showed their great character and I’m grateful. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. Highly recommend.

“Short distance from the town. Delicious breakfast and lovely host.”

We stayed one night. The house is lovely and Khasia is a really nice and friendly host. We had a very nice breakfast with loads of options. The rooms are basic, perfect for what we needed. Not the most comfortable beds but they were okay. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood and walking distance of town. Everything was okay
