Residence Inn Dallas Park Central

The breakfast selection was decent, but the soap containers in the shower were empty.

“The staff were amazing and great location, the facility just needs to updating.”

The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful, yet the room needed work: the ceiling above the shower was cracked, the floors looked dingy, the table and chairs were falling apart, a dog bone lay under the bed, the desk area wasn’t wiped down, and the hallway wallpaper was peeling—overall the facility could use a refresh.

“Horrible experience”

I will never return to this hotel again! I had the worst experience from the time I Checked in to the time I checked out. I would not recommend this location to anyone . I will never return again. I also had to change rooms 3 times. The first room the refrigerator was extremely loud when running. The second room the ac was not working

“Recomendable”

The pool was great, though a few cleaning details left something to be desired.

The staff were very friendly and the amenities were nice, and the rooms felt comfortable, but I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast.
