I really enjoyed Hotel Havana. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options, and the front desk service was fantastic. The housekeepers were very polite and attentive, and the rooms were always spotless and well maintained. It was a very pleasant experience! I have nothing to complain about; everything met my expectations and I had a great stay.

It was my second stay at the hotel and I had no complaints the first time, so I’ll be back again. This time, however, the blankets and some pillowcases weren’t washed; a few even had hair and were creased, although the smell still suggested they’d been cleaned. Luckily it was warm and we didn’t need the blankets. The drain wouldn’t close, and I’d recommend adding more tables in the rooms for three people, as we had to leave our suitcases on the floor.

Only the staff were helpful. The breakfast was decent, nothing special. The hotel urgently needs renovations. The room door doesn’t close properly and makes a lot of noise when opened and closed, it creaks! The soundproofing of the doors and corridor is horrible; everything can be heard. A bar in front of my window stayed open until 1 a.m. with loud music and enthusiastic people, which disturbed anyone who wanted to rest. Towels were heavily used, as were the pillows. The bathroom needs a basic unclogging of the toilet and sink. It’s practically next to the bus station, but that doesn’t mean the reception is adequate or the rooms are well cared for. I won’t comment on the parking; it’s a real workout to find a spot amid many columns and narrow space.
