Everything was great.

“My stay was awesome, I would book it again”

The place felt secure, everything was locked up.

“What stay”

The hotel sits close to Globe Life, but we couldn't check in at all and the staff were rude.

“Atendimento na hora que cheguei pra me hospedar decepcionante mal humorada e mal educada , não me lembro nome da funcion”

The location near the stadium was convenient, but when I arrived the receptionist told me my reservation had been cancelled because I was a day late, even though I had already informed the booking site. After about 40 minutes she finally admitted the mistake, but with obvious reluctance, and forced me to pay for breakfast because she claimed the whole reservation was cancelled. It was absurd; the booking service kept failing, so I made the rest of my bookings with a competitor.
