The location and indoor terrace seating are good, but I have nothing against Ukrainians, yet that person was arrogant, condescending, and disgusting; she was on the reception desk on Saturday 3.10.2026 at check‑in and I definitely would not employ her. Her arrival annoyed us, she twisted her head, raised her eyebrows, and she is not fit to welcome guests. Hair was on the floor in the bathroom.

The hotel’s style, the atrium, and the room facilities are good, but the bed is very uncomfortable and the sofa is a mess; after three nights I have back pain.
