The staff were very friendly and the room was comfy.
There was a strange, unpleasant odor in the room.
“There is no safety to the Guest”
I had a bit of a concerning experience upon arrival, as I showed up at 5 pm to find the reception unattended. Fortunately, my room key was left on the desk, but I was a bit taken aback by the lack of security measures, such as taking my identification. To make matters worse, I had to figure out the WiFi password on my own, which wasn't exactly the warm welcome I was expecting. Despite these issues, the hotel itself seemed clean and comfortable.
“Für Deutschland schlecht geführt.”
No carpet, quiet spot. The building was still under renovation, the mattress sagged, and only cold water was available.
“Immer wieder gerne”
The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, coziness, and location, which was exactly what I was looking for. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for their guests.
