The breakfast was fine. The staff were rude, pushy, and unprofessional, especially when we asked to extend our stay. They demanded payment and threatened to kick my family with four kids out until check‑in time, forcing us to pack up and wait outside for four hours because I wasn’t quick enough to get downstairs with my card. They acted like nothing else mattered, ignoring that we were a mother of four juggling everything else in life. Jamie was extremely unprofessional regarding hospitality.

“Wonderful accommodations, rotten breakfast food.”

The room was great and most of the staff were helpful, and the location worked well for us. However, breakfast fell short – many guests complained about it, and I saw nobody caring about the burrito option. The biscuit and gravy on day two was unappetizing, and I worry that the food choices might push us to look elsewhere even though we liked the rest of the hotel.
