The breakfast was solid, but I think the bedding could use a smoother sheet and a larger curtain that covers the whole window—room 704 had a curtain that didn't reach the window.
The breakfast was fine, yet the hotel didn't mention the extra parking fee during booking or check‑in, which was a nasty surprise at the front desk. We arrived from a midnight event, had to park on the street, wait for the locked reception, and even though there was an internal garage, we were forced to use a pavilion across the street—no safety at all. The room smelled terribly of mold and damp; I had to spray perfume just to stay inside. The carpet stuck to my feet, so I couldn't go barefoot. The air‑conditioner stopped working on a cold night with only one blanket available. The shower was weak, with little water and a long wait for it to heat up.
The front‑desk team was very helpful and polite.
“Foi tudo maravilhoso! Desde os atendentes até o pessoal da cozinha, todos muito simpáticos e prestat”
We had a great stay at Hotel Tri! The place is comfy, well‑located, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The only note is that when we arrived around 2 am after a party, the garage door opened a bit late, making us feel a little uneasy during that low‑traffic hour. We had expected the car to be recognized by plate or camera and the door to open right away.
The location, staff service, and breakfast were all excellent, and the room was comfortable with a good shower. The room’s upkeep and cleanliness could be a bit better—there were some gaps in the floor that needed more care. I stayed in a “windowless” room that only had a light fixture in the ceiling, which felt odd.
