The staff were great and the restaurant was very good. The room was noisy and there was a leak in the bathroom.

The staff were helpful, the food was delicious, and the services were excellent (beachside service, beach kit, bicycles, etc.). A special shout‑out to Maicon, who was very polite and accommodating. We’ll definitely return many times.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent with many options. We found the bed too hard, the pillows very firm and tall, and we didn’t sleep well, but that’s subjective. It would help to have two pillow options, one high and one low.

The hotel was wonderful, with a very competent and friendly staff and an excellent breakfast, plus a beachfront location. However, the air‑conditioning unit in room 308 was extremely noisy, sounding like water rushing through pipes, and although most hotels of ICON’s class include espresso capsules for free, this property charged R$10.00 per capsule for the two capsules provided with the in‑room coffee machine.
