Platinum Resort Anuradhapura

The name “resort” feels out of place for what is a run‑down place. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the floor was wet. There is a pool, but no loungers are provided.

“1 ou 2 nuits, pas plus”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I appreciated the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff, who made me feel welcome. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room, which felt a bit worn out and in need of some maintenance. Additionally, I struggled to get a reliable Wi-Fi connection in my room, which was a bit frustrating.

“Personal muy amable pero instalaciones que dejan mucho que desear”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the breakfast and service were top-notch. However, the facilities were old, dirty, and poorly maintained, and the hotel's location was quite far from the city center. While the staff's kindness made up for some of these issues, I wouldn't choose to stay in the hotel's rooms again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts a stunning location right on the lake, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of the road. The hotel's pool is a lovely addition to the scenery, and the service was top-notch, with the manager and staff always eager to help. Our room was equipped with a lovely patio and balcony, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The only thing that could be improved is the addition of some basic amenities, such as a mosquito net.

“Great stay”

I was thoroughly impressed with the beautiful garden and the swimming pool, which added a lovely touch to the hotel. The staff were also incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome during my stay. However, I did notice that the facilities could have been a bit more comprehensive.
