All the staff were fantastic, constantly attentive, and the housekeeping earned a 10/10 because the room was spotless every day we returned. The location was also ideal, just three or four blocks from the beach and right on the main thoroughfare.

“Excelente atención y una estancia muy agradable cerca de la playa”

The stay was very pleasant. The accommodation sits fairly close to the beach, making it easy to reach the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, with high ceilings that give a nice sense of space, and the air‑conditioning works properly. The bathroom is also large and comfortable, and overall the place was clean and well maintained. The view of the pool matches exactly what the photos show, which is always appreciated when booking. The common areas are well designed and convey a sense of calm and rest. I want to highlight the staff’s attention. Thanks to their support and willingness, it was possible to arrange a birthday surprise from another city that arrived at my door. They were always attentive, maintained excellent communication, and were eager to help with every detail. That level of service made the experience even more special and memorable. In general, I found a very pleasant, comfortable, well‑kept place with a team that truly cares about guests’ experience. On the downside, there are a few opportunities for improvement. The main entrance has little lighting, especially since the street is generally dark. Better lighting at the entrance would give a greater sense of safety and welcome. In the bathrooms, the shower does not have a curtain or a screen, so water often spills and wets most of the bathroom. A simple fix would be to install good‑quality curtains with a textile look, keeping the place’s aesthetic without needing glass screens. Related to that, some bathroom doors show wear from moisture at the bottom. Fixing the water issue would also help keep them in better condition. Finally, although the property is generally very pretty and well cared for, the linen area that you see when you go up to the rooms is quite visible and gives a slight sense of disorder. Adding a visual element to hide or better integrate it into the design would make the overall image of the place even more attractive.

It’s super pretty, very comfortable, the check‑in is smooth, and the rooms are perfect—everything except the TV, but it’s still very nice and has a kitchen. The outside street is horrible; if you bring a car, I don’t recommend it.

“Lugar lindo pero complicado para llegar”

The place is nice, comfortable, and the staff are generally friendly and attentive. The only issue is that the street to get there is very complicated if you’re not driving.
