The staff were fantastic—front desk, waiters, restaurant team, everyone! The food was truly star‑level, the spa area grand, and the rooms well equipped. However, a few storage spots in the bathroom for items like feminine hygiene products would be useful, and the hair dryer in the room is terrible—it gets ultra‑hot and burns your hair if you try to dry it.

The rooms were fine and the dining service was good, but there weren't enough parking spots available.

We stayed here because my husband was competing in the Kitzbuehel Cycling Marathon, and I’ve never felt so welcomed at a hotel before—thank you! Nothing to complain about.

The food was excellent and the location is perfect – the lake is right next to us, the cable cars are close, and you can reach everything by car easily.
