We chose this hotel because it was close to Prosperity Park in Willis, TX, with plenty of nearby food and shopping to keep us busy; the drive to the ballpark and back was super easy and convenient. The TownPlace staff were super friendly, helpful, and extremely welcoming, pointing out where extra towels were and, on one night, helping us find extra plasticware after Benihana forgot theirs. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Great location and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The hotel is quiet and very clean. Housekeeping staff is phenomenal! I'm very picky about cleanliness and bring my own cleaning supplies. I didn't need them, as the room was spotless! The towel racks in the bathroom are a nice surprise and deeply appreciated. The closet was spacious, and we had more than enough room for 2 people to store our belongings. The pool and the public access areas were also very well maintained. Breakfast could be improved. Low quality offering but anyone who has children will likely appreciate the breakfast. I only tried the first day and the menu was powdered eggs, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, cold boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal and DIY waffles. There was juice and coffee as well

Everything was clean and quiet, the room generous, and the staff friendly. New furniture, blankets, towels, and sheets made it feel fresh. Parking was included, and the breakfast was tasty—overall a very enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was excellent, the room spotless—one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to. The pool was nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely return.

The spot was spot on, right near shops and eateries. Aldi handled my check‑in, gave me all the info I needed, and handled my request smoothly—top‑tier service. The room was spotless, modern, and had everything I could ask for. The air conditioner was chill, which is a lifesaver in Texas. I’ll be back.
