The hotel sits in the city centre, is spacious and clean, but feels old‑fashioned and not authentic. The room was tidy, there was a kettle, tea and sugar. The bed wasn’t comfortable for me, though that’s subjective. Breakfast was good and the service was just average. It’s not my type of hotel.

Was upgraded for free to very new modern , clean very spacious room on top floor with big balcony & fantastic views of Ella. 0

The spot is right next to the main city, and the staff are generally friendly. The food and the room are both very good.
