“Rooms really need updating and repair as well as proper maintenance”

The first room we were assigned had a broken shower, and the room they moved us into was in awful condition with worn walls, falling‑apart shower curtains, fixtures, and towel racks.

The king‑size beds are fine for some, but their height is a problem for elderly travelers or those with mobility issues; I asked for a double or queen bed on arrival but they said all beds were king size.

“I love hotel beds”

I never got any towels at the pool.

“Good hotel in good location”

The staff were friendly, the room was large with a nice bathroom, breakfast was good, and the location was convenient; nothing negative.

“Cleanest hotel ! Very kind staff and likely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in!”

The room was clean and the staff were amazing! The breakfast was good, but there were very few gluten‑free options. It could use a larger hot tub area and more gluten‑free food.
