Helpful and friendly staff, clever “room cards” in the form of bracelets that you can always keep on hand. Breakfast isn’t the worst. A small but pretty and well‑maintained garden. Many elevators that quickly serve such a large number of guests. The pool is small and there are few loungers for so many guests. Loud music forces you to shut the balcony doors during the pool aerobics and evening entertainment.

Excellent buffet restaurant with a variety of menu options. Beautiful and clean rooms. The pool corner in a palm garden is wonderful, well equipped with umbrellas and loungers. The willingness to be sustainable and ready to help with any need is greatly appreciated. Thanks 😁
