A perfect hotel for disconnecting. At night there was no one at reception, which made it hard to get some guests to stop making noise so we could rest.

The staff were wonderful, especially Cristina who always makes our stay special—thanks for everything, Cristina! The wheelchair access on the sidewalk is problematic; I've asked several times to lower the parking entrance for easier entry and exit.

Everything was great, but there's no elevator, so carrying stuff up to the second floor is a hassle.
