The ambience, greenery, restaurant and helpful staff were great, but insects were in the room and we had to call several times to get them out; stronger pest control and checks are needed.

The hotel was good and the heritage was awesome, but the dinner buffet was not available.

Breakfast is good. So many choices for the same. Staff in the refreshment room are well mannered. The room was closed in the corner of 1st floor. There is a wall in front of the room. The door electronic key is not working condition. The hotel staff also tried to open ana close, at last they give us manual key which is not also smooth. We went Puri for relaxing and enjoying, not wasting time for door. I will never recommend anyone for BNR chanakya

The stay was great, with plenty of variety, but a guest kept waking me up at 12 am on 5/6.
