I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the friendly, approachable staff who were always available to help. They were visible throughout the resort, making it easy to get assistance whenever I needed it.

“For the price, disappointing to say the least. Mistake. I INSISTED ON STAYING IN THIS PLACE”

My stay was a mixed bag, with some standout highlights like the excellent staff and service, delicious breakfasts, and beautiful grounds. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of my room, which lacked a water kettle and had issues with insects and mold. The online presentation of the resort was also overhyped, and I encountered several problems with the facilities, including an old and hard-to-operate water dispenser and a chocolate museum with incomplete displays.

“Fantastic Service & Atmosphere”
