One Avenue Hotel Balakong

I had a fairly pleasant stay at this hotel, as the check-in process was smooth and the premises were clean. However, I did encounter an issue with the air conditioning in room 202, which seemed to be running too slowly.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by some significant issues. The rooms and toilet had a considerable number of insects, and there was a substantial amount of dust, which made my kids and me feel unwell. I didn't notice anything particularly positive during my stay.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which was close to my workplace at HQ Balakong and Mr. DIY. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with the check-out process, as the memo indicated a 12:00 AM check-out time, but I was only informed that I needed to leave around 12:00 PM. To make matters worse, the staff member I interacted with was quite rude, which further exacerbated my frustration.

“worth my money”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, primarily due to its proximity to several restaurants and convenience stores like 7-Eleven. Additionally, I was pleased to find that the TV offered Marvel movies channels, which was a nice touch.

“very good for a short trip. worth every penny”

I was pleased with the hotel's location, which was close to various restaurants, a 7-Eleven store, and a Mixue shop. I didn't encounter any significant issues during my stay.
