Iva new room with private bathroom

Samir was an exceptional host, always kind and attentive. The accommodation was comfortable, well‑finished, and in a very convenient location, just steps from shops and bus stops, which made moving around easy and quick. What made the stay special was Samir’s constant availability, ensuring everything was perfect. His hospitality turned the stay into a pleasant, worry‑free experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, ideal location, and a host who truly makes you feel welcome.

“Relaxare”

The room is small but equipped with a kitchenette, a hot water tap for tea or coffee, dishes, cutlery, a fridge, air conditioning, and a phone. It faces the street, which can be a bit noisy. The owner is friendly and will help if you need anything—just let him know. A friendly tip: if the owner wants to add a small shelf next to the bed on the wall where there’s a socket, you can charge your phone there.

Communication was excellent, the owner was helpful and friendly. The old town is close, and supermarkets are nearby. The mini‑apartment has everything you need. Absolutely recommended.

“Locatie buna la un pret convenabil”

The location was comfortable, about 1 km from the old center. The bed was comfortable, and having a fridge in the room was a plus, especially when temperatures were over 30 °C. The area is quiet and safe, with a supermarket just 6 minutes away. The host was kind and attentive—thanks Samir. I have nothing to complain about.

Great location! Just a 10‑15 minute walk, always straight ahead, to the historic city center. The price‑quality ratio is excellent! Even though it’s a room, it’s completely independent from the apartment with a separate entrance, which makes it much more comfortable, safe, and convenient.
